Thanks to Jesus Christ and my wife Dolores investing the money into the business, my dad Edgar R, my brother Edgar D, and myself Oscar E were able to start Montiel Family Trucking LLC.
We are a small family operation. We run two trucks — one dry van and one power-only unit — and we keep things simple: honest communication, reliable service, and direct contact with the people who actually drive the trucks.
One dry van for general freight and dry goods.
Power-only service when you need a tractor without a trailer.
Efficient drop-and-hook and round-trip work.
Team capacity for time-sensitive freight on approved lanes.
Preferred zone from SoCal to the Southeast region and back to SoCal.
Runs from Utah — regional to local only.

Oscar holds a tanker endorsement and was trained by Crest District Inc in local oil deliveries and supplies. Dad (Edgar R) holds a TWIC card.
